"The Works" program is a 5 week in-depth and full workout program that gives you exactly what you'll need to build strength, gain muscle, and lose fat mass. This program is meant for the intermediate-to-advanced fitness go-er (you've been working out for a little and need an extra push/change of pace). 

 

Each workout is specifically created and designed to:

  1. Build your Strength,
  2. Elevate your Endurance, and
  3. Increase your Cardio.

This program is best suited to be used in a gym because you will need access to fitness equipment (ex. dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, bands). If you have some equipment at home, you can complete the program as well.
